L`Aiglon, Val d'Isère, Savoie, France.
This brand new self-catered duplex apartment is located in the newly developed L`Aiglon, situated a maximum of five minutes walk from the nursery slopes as well as Dicks Tea Bar and the Val D'Isère High Street. The building itself consists of 15 private apartments, ranging from studios to five bedrooms – all completed in summer of 2004 and built to a high specification. The whole building is serviced by a lift as well as stairs. The apartment is composed of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a kitchen, living and dining area to make a total space of 60m sq plus a balcony. An arrangement which can easily sleep any combination of guests up to seven adults. Also for your convenience, a ski locker is located on the ground floor. | ||||

On entering the apartment, into the hall with ample coat hanging space, the wooden spiral stairs leading to the first floor is located on the right. Continuing on to a bathroom with shower over with a separate wc and then onto a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bedroom contains one built in wardrobe and one pine wardrobes and one bedside table for each bed. | ||||

On the first floor there is ample living area with a television, dvd player, radio and cd player and two sofas one being a double sofa bed and access to the balcony with views to the town centre there are four loose plastic chairs. Opposite this is a dining area comfortably seating eight, behind which is the kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave and built in cupboards containing an ample assortment of crockery and kitchenware. | ||||

Past the dining area and kitchen is another double or twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower over. The bed can be easily separated or joined as required. The bedroom contains one built in wardrobe and one bedside table. All beds are made up to your requirements prior to your arrival. All bed linen and one bath and one hand towel per person is provided. In addition one tea towel is provided. | ||||

Bookings are made through myself and can be taken at any time throughout the year. Subject to availability, standard weeks can be altered to suit individual needs. The keys will be located at a local firm in Val D`Isere ready for your collection. | ||||
