Prices are inclusive of bed linen, two towels per person and all electricity and gas. Prices based on any number of adults/children up to four. Additional guests charged at £20 each to a maximum of six.

Short Breaks and Long Weekends can be taken as well as one off nights or a combination.

Special Arrangements catered for to suit your requirements. For past guests these have included: grocery and hamper purchases, cooks for special occasions, birthday cakes and private art courses.

Bond.  Due to the mills proximity to wildlife and cattle including opening and closing of gates where necessary, there is a returnable Bond to pay. The Bond is £100 and is required on all bookings and will be returned 20 days after departing the Mill less any damages. I am very keen to maintain the mills low impact on the sensitive environment as I'm sure you will understand.

Booking is made on payment of one half of the total tariff including the bond. Balance is due three months prior to your stay. Please check availability prior to booking and payments to Daniel Webster.

Change over is on Friday, but can vary depending if a short break was taken the previous week. Please ask as we try to accommodate most dates.

Departing Guests are asked to be out by 10:30.

In going Guests are asked to arrive after 16:30

Cancellations are charged at 35% up to nine weeks before booking date and 100% thereafter.
